Product-specific mixes, batch traceability and testing before release for sale.
Coordinated planning of the production line, racks, curing, stock and movement around the site.
Supply to CM's own building works, contractors, retailers and private customers.
A plot with three street frontages and proposed entry and exit access. The final layout will be sized around equipment, safety and factory flows.
Solar integration, energy efficiency, water management and dust and noise control. Performance will be measured against the installed solution.
An initial forecast of 20 jobs across production, logistics, maintenance, administration, accounting and management.
The factory is under development. Stock and delivery dates cannot yet be confirmed. The timetable depends on the technical solution, financing, applicable procedures and supply arrangements.
The economic study tests sales of 60,000 blocks per month at steady-state operation. This target is subject to validation of production, curing, storage and demand; it is not capacity already installed or contracted.
